Here is a before and after case study showing an Iroko wooden sliding gate in Sadolin Classic Slate Grey stain on steel running gear complete with steel box posts all painted in a Pebble Grey wet spray finish to match the customers woodwork. This installation is in Oxfordshire.
Days working: Two for first fix then two days for the installation so four days in total. Lead time was 12 weeks from the survey to completion.
Electricity was provided by the client and the intercom and keypads were supplied by others. AGD supplied the remote controls, of which 2 are standard, more can be provided as an option.
This system of course has full safety comprising of inside and outside photo beams, wireless safe edges on the leading edge of the gate and also the rear edge to prevent entrapment.
The installation engineers were Simon and Chris who have been working for AGD Systems for 3 and 13 years .
Handover was carried out by Chris in which he demonstrated the system to the client, including pointing out the safety features and signing the handover document which includes the declaration of conformity which is then also signed by the client. The pack includes a maintenance schedule and all warranties.
