Overview

This is a very large tracked sliding gate fitted in a domestic situation. As you can see from the front and rear view photos the softwood vertical timber boards are actually fixed to a sub frame made from steel box section material.

The overall result is a very neat looking gate that provides excellent privacy and security.

The gate runs along a steel track that is set into the ground and is supported by two large steel posts, one with a guide roller positioned on the top guide rail and one with a slam latch to ensure that the gate cannot be lifted off the ground track.

The heavy duty sliding gate motor ensures a smooth and reliable operation.

AGD Systems has supplied and installed a number of these types of gates which the end user has finished off by adding the timber cladding to meet there own requirements.
