Client's Brief: Large automated gate with remote control access for driveway

With the challenge of a multi-directional and sloping driveway, AGD specified this beautiful property with a gate that operates via a bi-folding mechanism. Therefore, all obstacles are avoided and a secure, attractive driveway is achieved for the home.
Whilst the gate is manufactured with aluminium for durability and stability, the visual likeness it boasts of an authentic timber gate is truly impressive. The Anthracite Grey finish successfully complements the surrounding brickwork, altogether creating a modern and sleek gate with a hint of traditional style.
In regards to safety, the gate is equipped with safety edges and motor sensitivity settings to protect crushing zones, whilst there is also a photo beam across the opening to prevent closing on vehicles.
Of course, the bi-folding gate is automatic, and can be simply operated via remote control handset.
