Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule
As well as having skilled installation engineers we have dedicated service and repair technicians.
Whether you have had a new gate installed by AGD or have an existing system it is your responsibility to ensure it is kept in good safe working order - we can review and recommend a regular periodic servicing plans to ensure your system remains safe and reliable for the years to come.
The period between services will depend on the type of system and amount of daily usage.
For instance, normal domestic systems will need an annual service, whist multi-user or commercial sites with high frequency usage may require a 6 monthly (or more frequent) service schedule.
Whatever your system requirements we can draw up a Maintenance contract or simply send you a Service Reminder Letter.

Repairs
AGD Systems offer a comprehensive repair service, we generally cover Central England and The Home Counties - please ring the Service and Repairs Department on 01933 221858 or fax us on 01933 442676.
In the event of a breakdown or partial system failure, please contact us to arrange for an estimate for an engineer to visit.
If you are already an AGD customer or moved in to a property where AGD has previously installed the system, we should have you system details on file.
If you are new to AGD, it will assist us if you can clearly describe the problem and take a note of the make and model of the operator(s), if this is possible.
We can normally react within 48 hours of a repair call out, we do not generally operate an emergency call out as all gates have and emergency manual override facility.

Call Out Charges
Our call out charges includes 1 hour of labour on site (additional time on site is charged pro rata), plus cost of Parts and may also take in to account travel time between appointments on that particular day i.e. a mileage charge.
